The $10 Pilates Reformer Trainee classes are meant for healthy individuals with no special conditions or injuries.
 
Our trainees have completed all of the required coursework and are currently participating in a apprenticeship at ASPYN to complete the final teaching hours in order to graduate the program.
 
Trainee Reformer classes are sold in packs of 5 & 10. We offer 120 classes per trainee participating and run 4 training programs per year.
