Pilates tailor-made for you and your body. Private Sessions are conducted in the privacy of our back studio room which is equipped with a Balanced Body hybrid Cadillac Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Exo Chair, Pilates Balls, Magic Circles, Foam rollers and Pilates Arch. Perfect for clients who are recovering from surgery, have special conditions, or simply prefer one-on-one classes.
