BOOK GROUP PILATES CLASSES
The ASPYN METHOD style of Pilates fuses the classical principles of alignment, fluid movement, and precision, with more contemporary athletic techniques to produce more noticeable results in a shorter amount of time. Our classes are challenging, yet accessible to all. You'll leave feeling accomplished, energized, and worked head-to-toe. Prenatal clients are welcome to take all classes without restriction until 20 weeks. If you would like to participate in regular classes after 20 weeks, we require that you schedule a private appointment with one of our instructors to learn prenatal modifications to keep you and your baby safe, and to avoid disruption to group classes. Advanced Reformer classes are for intermediate/advanced Pilates students only. We recommended 10+ Reformer classes at ASPYN as a prerequisite, and please do not sign up if you’re injured.
If you have a major injury, we require a doctor's note before you participate in a class or private session.
