500 Hour Teacher Training Program
Through this curriculum, trainees will learn the Pilates technique used for all exercises on every piece of equipment. Trainees will learn in-depth instruction on teaching technique and how to effectively communicate with clients, provide modifications for specific injuries, provide variations in multi level classes, provide a motivating safe environment.

Make-up Sessions or One-on-One Training
If you miss a course work day, I offer make up sessions to go over what you missed. Additionally if you feel you need some extra time to cover specific items, I offer private sessions.

Full In-Studio Program on Your Time
For prospective trainees who would like to join a program but the dates don't work out, I offer private custom programs to work with your schedule.
