Teacher Training Program

Hello there! After years of hiring and training instructors for Aspyn Method, I have found our highest performing instructors received both classical & contemporary hands on Pilates training. However the instructors hired from outside programs lacked the skills to create effective and accessible routines. I've found that the inability to pivot a routine and modify in real time makes it harder for instructors to retain clients long term.

I created our hands on in-studio training program to fill in the gaps! It includes both the Classical & Contemporary Pilates repetoire in all levels, class development with modifications, training in prenatal and special conditions, as well as the option of a paid apprenticeship. Our apprenticeship is an opportunity to get group class teaching experience while earning an income. More than anything I want our instructors to succeed in making a lucrative career in Pilates.
