Do I need prior Pilates experience?

While having some background in Pilates, Yoga, Barre or other athletics does help it is not required to begin our program.

TUITION: $4,725 --Payment plans available with a credit card on file (Must be paid in full within 12 months)

DEPOSIT: $500 to reserve a spot in your desired course. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another course within the same year.

MATERIALS: All Books, Workbooks and Practice tests are included in your tuition. They Include : Return to Life by Joseph Pilates, ASPYN METHOD Beginner Mat/Reformer & Other Equipment Workbook, ASPYN METHOD Intermediate/Advanced Mat/Reformer & Other Equipment Workbook, Training Binder with all corresponding worksheets and logs.

Coursework: 500 Hours Total

• Each Module's hours are broken down between Observation, Self Practice, Practice Teaching and finally your Paid Apprenticeship.

• Intro to Teaching Technique and Client analysis

• Welcome to Contemporary Movement & Anatomy PART 2

• Intermediate & Advances Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Other Equipment

• Mastering your Que & Applying group class Modifications in real time

• How to create your own class structure safely and effectively

• Special Cases Clinic : Prenatal 1st-3rd Trimester , Scoliosis, Osteoporosis, Knee Injuries.
